ICE 1000 Cooling Sensate (WS-23) - A strong high impact cooling effect with a short duration and having no side effects such as burning, stinging or tingling sensation. Kosher Certified. FEMA GRAS No. 3804

Available as a nearly odorless white flake (or optionally, a powder) of 99.5% minimum purity.

ICE 1500 Cooling Sensate - A liquid blend of 50% WS-3 and 50% WS-23 that provides the best aspects of both cooling sensates. Kosher Certified. FEMA GRAS No.'s 3804 & 3455

Available as a colorless liquid (with no crystallization occurring even at -20^o C.)

ICE 2500 Cooling Sensate (WS-5 double distilled) - A very strong cooling sensation. Kosher Certified. FEMA GRAS No. 4309

Available as a nearly odorless white flake (or optionally, a powder) of 99.5% minimum purity.

ICE 3000 Cooling Sensate (WS-3) - A long lasting cooling sensation, with gradual onset, and with a slight minty character. Kosher Certified. FEMA GRAS No. 3455

Each of these new cooling sensates has a purity of 99+% and most possess either equal or stronger cooling effects than N,2,3-trimethyl-2-isopropylbutanamide (WS-23).

Most of these materials are new compositions of matter as described in U. S. Patent No. 7,030,273 (April 18, 2006).
